I wish my brain would stop trying to mash up Red, Red Wine with Away in a Manger.

Seriously, it's been doing it for over an hour now.

(I'm losing days. I can barely remember what I've done from one day to the next, and so much time is filled with so little doing.)

(I have managed to get about a quarter of your Merlin fic re-written though. In what, many months? -fail-)

-snuggles in- Both, although I think it's mostly work that's shading everything grey. Or that I'm letting shade everything grey. The stuff we get given is mindless repetition in the extreme with a side of frustration, I can't relax and just chat with the people there, I'm not sleeping much, and I suspect I'm developing mild anaemia although that's tied to my reproductive organs so not going to go into details about that unless you actually want them. :P

It really needs the re-write. The tone's inconsistent throughout, the voice of Nimueh is ridiculously stilted and Merlin sounds like he's about to declare 'foolish wench! you cannot resist MY POWER!' even though he's meant to be powerful with a touch of dark-angst. Urgh. -kicks fic-

Hmm, possibly it might work as a series of lj entries, with a different entry per plot point/idea? The we don't end up with the sprawling emails trying to match paragraph to paragraph. :P

(I don't, it's one of several I kept meaning to and still haven't. I can try and discuss anyway, armed with wiki and google?)

(off to bed, too much tired to type without causing the spellcheck to cry. Coherence tomorrow, y/n?)

I've started half-heartedly looking for something new, but mostly of the time I just can't rouse up enough effort to care. And yeah, not in an open post at least. :P

Who just bunnied herself? Who? Yes, yes you did. :P
(Am-dram Camelot! Go on, go onnnnn!)

-feels bad anyway- Lately, most of my ideas have been tiny snapshots of stuff I can't string together into anything substantial, SPN bunnies, or shite of the highest order. In my case, writing is not tied to a melancholic temperament.

You did very well with the caravan emails, I have faith in you! -cheerleads-

If you want a complete wide-eyed neophyte trampling on your table, sure. :D

(Btw, leading on from fb comments - are you or were you wandering around the house naked and singing? I ask purely out of scientific curiousity, you understand.)

Basic clerical/admin, because I'm not really qualified for anything higher up although I could probably manage it, and I've had enough of customer service roles for now.
(I still keep wondering if I could make it selling baking for a living. Mmmm, impossible dream-flavour)

Hah! Obviously I am bunny-catalyst supreme. :P At least it's a cute one?

Mine's lasted properly since... uni, maybe? I've written bits and pieces, but the last time I remember getting intricately involved in anything it was soon after uni. Although I've got enough ideas sharing headspace to write the world's most disjointed multifandom novel still. :)
I love your icon, btw. That was one of many brilliant moments in that film, and by brilliant I mean poorly-disguised homoerotic [sub]text.

I have to admit, I gave up on trying to archive our email chains after only a couple of them, because they were huge, and sprawling, and I kept stopping to read them all.

Ok, will go and poke and ponder for you. :D

(rats I mean, oh well, there's always next time I'm sure you had fun with the LotR and rice crispies. Was today naked singing day?
Want a recipe for caramel rice crispie squares, if I can find it?)

Thank you. :) (I've got a week off starting a week on monday, I'm possibly going to use some of that time when I'm not sleeping to start properly making a business plan, ringing round the council etc to find out what I'd need to do for it.)

-is muse-like- Does this mean I have to wear an artfully draped bedsheet and little sandals with my hair curled ontop my head? (Bunny!)

Very. I was, but her uni got in the way of her end and my apathy got in the way at my end, so not recently. Last one I actually wrote down I think was the one set in the Sheffield Peace Gardens.
...This is true. It's still showing, am tempted to see it for a 3rd time. I love my unlimited card. :D

It really is. -boggles slightly-

I've watched bits of it, and know the general outlines of the character arcs from S1 but I've only seen a few minutes of s2. Most of which featured Mitchell with bedhair.

(Yay!) Mmmm, loud music funtimes.
I've emailed it to you now. :P

(Yay, plan is now supported like boobs in a corset! .... Why was that the first metaphor that came to mind?! Where the hell has my brain stored 'scaffolding', the lost and unfound section?!)

Oh good. Artfully draped bedsheets are drafty. (List must be bigbig by now.)

You did? Yay! That makes me incredibly happy for some reason. Not sure why. Possibly because it's written about Sheffield?
:( Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief is good, as is the Princess and the Frog.

I'm going to regret this, but which was the snow bunny?

It was set in the 70's I think, and he woke up covered in blood in some girl's apartment with MASSIVE hair. That was the scariest thing about him.

Did it turn up?

(True. GREASY WEASEL! It does rather. :P)

:D (!!!)

Cunning plans?

Ah, I remember that one! That was a funbunny.
....I cannot remember that, however. Possibly this is a good thing.

Have you tried it yet? Uni is the perfect place to experiment with baking and stuff, because you can get people to eat it by going 'free food!' and pointing out where it is.

(hehehe -is sneaky with the weasel- Um.) No, but random baking did. We now have chocolate cake with whiskey buttercream in the middle. :D

It is, although by self is easier to schedule. I'd be your cinema buddy if only, you know, we weren't in entirely different cities. :P

...That was the one where Merlin accidentally turned himself into an Amazon in an attempt at making himself stronger. He eventually turned back, managed the strength spell without the genderswap and pinned Arthur to the wall with one casual hand, which made Arthur's brain go 'ngk', as far as I can remember.
Yepyep. It's like concentrated us!

Dude, syrup, sugar, butter, rice crispies for the crispie squares. Everything else, just keep butter, sugar, eggs and flour in, then you only need to get the peripherals.
